Is man's 6000 years of reign on the earth about over? Did the creation really take just 6 days -- Science confirms the six days of creation! How to prepare for Christ's Return! There has been a lot of activity in recent years about the return of the Messiah. In 1988, Colin Hoyle Deal wrote a book that got a lot of attention. It was entitled Will Christ Return by 1988? - 101 Reasons Why. Well, Christ did not return in 1988. Then in 1992, a church in Korea got world-wide attention when they predicted Christ's return on September 28, 1992; however, they added that October 28, 1992 might also be the right date. On June 30, 1993 a rather large advertisement appeared in USA TODAY, a national newspaper. This article expresses a strong conviction that Christ's return is near and infers that Jesus will return in the year 2000 A.D. Let's explore that hypothesis.

The Ezekiel 38 Invasion of Israel -- What is the identity of the other nation that is judged?. This is part six of a multi-part series dealing with the nation of Israel. In the previous issue, we completed discussion of current events and how they related to the 38th chapter of the book of Ezekiel. We identified the timing, motivation and target of that invasion. We discussed how Saudi Arabia and the West, primarily the U.S., are apparently caught off-guard by that invasion and respond with what amounts to a diplomatic protest. In this issue, we will discuss some recent developments and begin discussion of Ezekiel, chapter 39. This is a very important chapter. It records the method that God uses to judge Russia and "another country." It also describes the cleanup after the battle. The cleanup is significant because nowhere else in the Bible is the cleanup after a battle dealt with in such great detail. Since Romans 15:4 tells us that nothing in God's Word is trivial or incidental, we must deduce that God is communicating something of importance across the almost 2500 years of history that have passed since Ezekiel first recorded this prophesy.

The Ezekiel 38 Invasion of Israel -- OSLO II virtually guarentees a nuclear confrontation in the Middle East This is part seven of a multi-part series dealing with the nation of Israel. In the previous issue, we explored the possibility that the war in Chechnya may be one of the ``hooks in the jaw'' that God will use to draw Russia into its ill-fated invasion of Israel. We determined that God's judgment upon the Russian alliance and upon another nation will probably involve the use of nuclear weapons. We also speculated about the identity of this ``other nation''. In this issue, we will discuss some recent developments in the Middle East, explore a possible season for this battle, discuss the clean-up after the battle and complete our discussion of Ezekiel, chapter 39. The cleanup is important to our understanding. Since this cleanup is dealt with in detail, and Romans 15:4 tells us that nothing in God's Word is trivial or incidental, we must deduce that God is communicating something of importance to us. It will become increasingly clear that God's judgment upon Magog, her allies, and upon ``the other nation which lives in the safety of the far distant coast lands'', does in fact involve the use of nuclear weapons.

Christmas Edition--Is Jesus really the Messiah? 12/95
Is Jesus really the Son of God and the promised Messiah? In previous issues we have been dealing with specific prophesies about the return of Messiah (the second coming of Jesus Christ). But as Christmas approaches and the Christian world celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ, we would do well to consider our claim that Jesus Christ is, in fact, the promised Messiah. For the past two thousand years, Christmas has been one of the most sacred of Christian holidays. This year is no exception for millions of Christians world-wide. Christianity, through the divinely inspired scriptures, claims to provide the answers to life's mysteries. Is there life after death? Is there a Heaven and a Hell? Why am I here? How can I know for sure there is a God? Is there a right and a wrong, or are there no moral absolutes and anything goes? Is Jesus really the Messiah sent to give us the choice of eternal life or was He just a great man, teacher and prophet as the Jewish Rabbis believe? Are the Rabbis right? The Bible holds the truth. But is the Bible really divinely inspired, or is it just a book of myths and stories about the Jewish people? Let's take a scientific approach to answering these questions.

The State of the Union Address! Although only about six weeks have passed in 1996, this is already a record year for disasters. The government has issued 27 disaster declarations involving 27 states. Considering the yearly average for disaster designations is 37.6 (based on statistics since 1991), it would appear that natural disasters are continuing to increase. What does it mean for America? Is this just a string of bad weather, or is there a pattern developing and if so, what does it mean? This three part series will answer those questions. Although written a few years ago, this material is more relevant today then in any time in America's history. Most everyone at this point can sense that the United States is caught up in the waves of change, but many are unaware that the Bible speaks directly to the United States and to any other nation that turns its back on God in a specific pattern of judgement. The Shaking has begun - Part 1

It has been an eventful summer. After Yitzhak Rabin's assassination last year, Shimon Peres continued to pursue land-for-peace policies. But Peres' short reign ended on May 29th, following Benjamin Netanyahu's surprise victory. Netanyahu won by the slimmest of margins (.5%) over Peres. This has called into question the continued viability of the peace process, especially given the recent riots in Jerusalem. Of prophetic significance was Netanyahu's campaign slogan -- ``Netanyahu - Oshim Shalom Batoch'' which means: Netanyahu - we bring peace and security (Ezekiel 38:11, 1Thes 5:1-3).
