Reveal to them the secret of the ages; the Power of the Blood and my Holy Name. Nothing can stand or exalt itself against my Holy Name. Although many rise up against you, none shall stand for I am with you. My Rod and Staff shall comfort you and shall strengthen you in the day of battle.

Everlasting peace shall be the reward of all those who honestly seek Me in truth and diligence. I shall be found by all who inquire with a thirstiness of heart. (But) Many shall run to and fro and yet to their end they shall come because they rejected Me, the Author and Finisher of all that is righteous and Holy on the earth.

Forever shall you stand in my presence. Delay not in the things of God for the time is short. "Zeal for Me and My House" shall be your watchword. Seek them out with diligence for they are mine. I will preserve them by my right hand and nothing shall prevail. Although the darkness shall swallow them, I will light their path to everlasting righteousness. Never doubt, but prevail in truth and righteousness for my Name's sake. The battle is won. They run and scatter at my Holy name. They return to test those I have delivered to see if their heart is truly fixed on me. If they take their stand, they shall prevail. xxxxx is mine. Bought at a price. Pray for her at all times. For her deliverance wrought in the crucible shall bring glory to me name.

The battle rages, but learn. Forget not My ways. Trust in my Holy name and blood and my Glory shall rise up before your eyes.

How to be an Overcomer

I) In the book of the Revelation of Jesus Christ (Rev 12:7-12) we find that Satan and his evil angels will be cast out of heaven down to the earth. The following warning is given in verse 12: "Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time." Verse 11 gives us the three essential requirements that are necessary to overcome the devil. These will be true then and they are true today. "And they overcame him by 1) the blood of the Lamb and by the 2) word of their testimony and 3) they did not love their lives to the death. ``

That is to say:

1) Overcomers are those of us who have appropriated the blood of Jesus Christ as atonement for their sins by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of their lives (see Rev 3:20, John 1:12, John 3:3, Romans 10:9-10, Luke 6:46). Leviticus 17:11 tells us that without the spilling of innocent blood that there is no atonement for sin. Jesus, the Lamb of God, spilt His innocent blood for us on the feast of Passover. This was foreshadowed in the exodus of the Jews from Egypt when they placed the blood of an innocent lamb on the two doorposts and the lintel of the house. The blood from the lintel would run down to the foot of the door. This is a picture of Jesus on the cross bleeding from his crown of thorns and the nails in his hands and feet. As a result of their obedience in that first passover, the death angel passed over their house and their first-born lived. If we are not born again and bond servants of the Lord of Jesus Christ, we cannot overcome the devil, but are slaves to sin.

2) Overcomers are those bond servants of Jesus Christ who are not afraid to say so. It is easy to proclaim yourself a Christian when things are easy. When the persecution intensifies, you can only overcome the devil by boldly proclaiming that you are a Christian and a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. This will be impossible unless you have nurtured a relationship with Jesus that has brought you to a place of complete trust in His ability to keep you and hold you blameless until His coming.

3) Overcomers are those bond servants* who have died to self. Jesus told us: "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake will find it." Have you died to self? Can you say with the Apostle Paul "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me?" Or is Jesus just a name on a Christmas card or someone we hear about when we go to church on Easter or Christmas? Is Jesus just the name of someone who lived 2000 years ago, or is he your Lord, your Saviour, your brother and your friend. "You are my freinds if you do whatever I command you. No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends.." (John 15:14-15) If you are not totally yielded to Jesus' will, you will not stand in the day of testing. Can you trust Jesus so deeply, that you do not fear death?

II) By the Name of the Lord (Phil 2:10) and by putting on the full armour of God (Eph 6:10-18)

" ...At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of those on the earth, and of those under the earth, and of those under the earth". (Phil 2:10) That is to say that everything on earth, heaven and in hell is subject to the name of Jesus. Do not be afraid to utter the name of Jesus with authority. Ephesians 6 tells us how to put on the whole armour of God so we can take our stand against the wiles of the devil. Do not neglect its application every day. Remember that the sword of the Spirit (the word of God) is not an effective weapon unless you swing it (speak outloud the word of God). This was Jesus' example to us when he was confronted by the devil after his 40 day and night fast.

"Watch and pray, therefore, that you would be counted worthy to escape the judgment that is coming upon the earth and be able to stand before the Son of Man" (Luke 21:36).
